How we'll work together

Initial Consultation

We'll start with a free 30-minute chat to discuss your goals, experience, and what you're hoping to achieve. This helps me understand how I can best support you.

Assessment & Planning

In our first session, we'll do a gentle movement assessment. Nothing intimidating—just helping me understand your current fitness level and any areas that need extra attention.

Regular Sessions

We'll meet 1-3 times per week (your choice) for 60-minute sessions. Each workout is different, challenging, and designed to keep you progressing toward your goals.

Progress & Adaptation

Every few weeks, we'll check in on your progress and adjust the program as needed. Your body changes, your life changes—your training should too.
