True2Function offers functional fitness training services in Halmstad, Sweden, including:

• Personal training sessions (one-on-one beach training)
• Group fitness courses (6-week programs)
• Workshops and specialized training sessions

Booking and Payment

Sessions can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. By participating in our training programs, you agree to:

• Disclose any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to exercise safely
• Consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program if you have concerns
• Inform your trainer immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or any symptoms during training

Weather Conditions

As our training takes place outdoors on the beach, sessions may be affected by weather conditions. In case of severe weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme temperatures), we will reschedule your session at no additional cost. We will notify you as early as possible if weather conditions require rescheduling.

Limitation of Liability

True2Function provides professional fitness training with appropriate care and expertise. However, all physical exercise carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that True2Function is not liable for any injuries that may occur during training, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. We recommend that you have appropriate health and accident insurance.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and training materials, is the property of True2Function and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Photos and Media

We may occasionally take photos or videos during group sessions for promotional purposes. We will always ask for your consent before using any images that identify you. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the session begins.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
